About Dorados
Dorados is a free-to-play social casino operated by Dorados Entertainment. The site uses two virtual currencies: Gold Coins (GC) for amusement-only play, and Sweeps Coins (SC) for participation in our sweepstakes-style tournaments. No real-money gambling is offered.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (19+ in BC, NB, NS, NL, ON and the territories) and physically located in an eligible jurisdiction to use Dorados. We exclude residents of Quebec, Washington State, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan and any other jurisdiction where social casinos are prohibited by local law. Each person is limited to one account.
Gold Coins and optional purchases
Gold Coins are provided free of charge through your welcome pack, daily logins, hourly drops, tournament wins and promotional events. Players also have the option to purchase additional Gold Coin packages. Optional Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by Canadian consumer protection law.
Sweeps Coins and the no-purchase-necessary entry method
Sweeps Coins are awarded free of charge through the welcome pack, daily logins, refer-a-friend bonuses, tournament wins and the postal mail-in alternative. The mail-in entry method allows any eligible person to request free Sweeps Coins by sending a handwritten request to our PO Box, with full details published in the Sweeps Coin section of these terms. There is no limit to how often you may use the mail-in method.
Prize redemption
Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes or gift cards once you accumulate at least 50 SC. Identity verification is required before the first redemption and may be required again periodically. Redemptions are processed within 72 hours for standard accounts and 24 hours for Champion and Conquistador VIP tiers.
Prohibited conduct
Players may not use bots, scripts or automated tools. Players may not collude across accounts. Players may not use VPNs to access Dorados from an excluded jurisdiction. Violations result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any virtual currency balance.
Disputes and governing law
Any dispute is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Disputes are first addressed through our support team, then through binding arbitration if needed. The full dispute resolution process is published in our Terms section, available on request to support@dorados.live.
